What should I bring?

FOOD -- Because it upsets the digestive system to switch food, and in order to keep your pet's stay as normal as possible, we ask you bring enough food for the length of your pets stay, plus 3 days extra, in an air-tight container.

MEDICATIONS - If your pet is on any type of medication, be sure to bring it in a container  with its name, dosage, and frequency on the label.  We will be happy to administer any meds at no extra charge.

PROOF OF VACCINATIONS -Dogs must have current proof of vaccinations for Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella.  Your vet can provide you with a printout to bring with you.  Cats must have proof of vaccinations for Rabies and FVRCP.  All vaccinations must be administered no later than 72 hrs. prior to boarding. For the health of your pet and the other pets boarding, we cannot board your pet without proof of these vaccinations.

FAVORITE TOY  - Got a favorite ball or stuffed animal he/she can't live without? 

All Creatures Kennel cannot be responsible for items

lost or destroyed.

We will provide the bedding and the bowls.

Please bring your dog(s) on a leash, and your cat(s) in a carrier.  Thanks.

• What are your hours?

Our telephoning hours are from 8:00am until 8:00pm where you are welcome to call us to schedule appointments, ask questions, ect.  Our pick-up and drop-off hours are variable depending on your schedule and ours. When scheduling your boarding appointment, we will then schedule your pick-up and drop-off times.  We will work with you to try to accommodate your schedule, however we ask that you do not pick up your pets past 8:00 pm.  We are available for pick-ups and drop-offs on Sundays and holidays as well.

What if my pet becomes ill or injured?

You will be contacted immediately.  We will proceed as you advise.  If vet care is required for your pet we will take them to our local Veterinarian for treatment.  Any charges incurred in the treatment are your responsiblity, while prompt and proper care of your pet is, of course, our responsibility. 

Do you accept credit cards?

Sorry, but the only forms of payment we accept at this time is cash or check.
